Processing Instructions: Pre-mix water and dispersing agent. Slowly add TINOX® R-2180 under high-speed dispersion (1500-2000 rpm). Add extenders and continue mixing for 20-30 minutes. Let down with binder and additives. Adjust pH to 8.0-9.0.

Processing Instructions: Pre-mix all components in high-speed mixer for 2-3 minutes. Extrude at 90-110°C. Cool and break the extrudate. Grind to desired particle size (typically 30-40 μm). Sieve to remove oversize particles.

Packing and Storage

Packing details: 25kg/bag, polyethylene lined paper bags or woven PP bags with PE liner.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry, cool and well-ventilated area. Keep containers tightly closed when not in use. Avoid exposure to moisture and extreme temperatures.

Shelf life: 24 months when stored under recommended conditions.
