Engineered specifically for high-performance paint applications, it combines premium TiO₂ pigment components with ultra-fine functional fillers through a proprietary manufacturing process.

Processing Instructions:
  1. Add water, dispersing agent, and wetting agent to mixing vessel
  2. Slowly add TINOX TPW-716 under moderate agitation (800-1000 rpm)
  3. Increase agitation speed to 1500-2000 rpm for 15-20 minutes until Hegman fineness ≥6.5 is achieved
  4. Reduce speed and slowly add acrylic emulsion
  5. Add coalescing agent, defoamer, rheology modifier, and preservative
  6. Adjust pH to 7.5-8.5 with ammonia solution
  7. Add remaining water to achieve desired viscosity
  8. Filter and package
